Evening Cooking Classes

Here is what the last cooking class consisted of:

 

The combined perfume of saffron and the sweet meatiness of lush olives with the sour saltiness of preserved lemons is truly a sublime experience, all of which will inspire you to cook authentic Moroccan food.

The evening starts...  tapas from our enchanting autumn menu. Once the demonstration is complete, everyone is then invited to enjoy a tasting of the dishes that have been cooked during the evening. So be prepared to be tantalised by the exhilerating perfume of exotic spices and ingredients which Simo teaches you to use in these classes.

Bookings How to Book

 

  • A minimum of 15 is required to guarantee that a class will run

     

    • Corporate or group bookings,

         availiable; min of 15 persons

     

    • Any special dietary requirements are avaliable in demonstration.

     

    • Custom dishes avaliable for group bookings.

     

    • In case of inadequate numbers you will be contacted by email by the Friday prior to the event.

    To help ensure that classes run to schedule we appreciate that bookings for the following classes be made before these dates.

     

    • Please advise if you have a gift voucher to redeem.

    • Payment must be made prior to attending a class.

    • Cost is $75 per person
